Everybody has different goals that they want to accomplish in a year. For some of us, it's reading lists. For others, it's a weight loss journey. No matter what the goal is, a journal is a great way to keep track of every goal achievement, no matter how small. So we are here to give you a list of goal ideas for 2022. So here is a list of 4 goals for 2022!
Top 4 Goals for 2022:
Read more books! It's a simple goal that can be achieved by setting a realistic limit on how many books you can read in an entire year. Then, create a journal that catalogues every book you read during the year, gives them a rating, writes out your thoughts on it, etc. Have fun with creating the journal and an excellent app to help you keep track of all the reading you will be doing is Goodreads, an easy to use an app on your phone that allows you to keep track of your reading, it can recommend other books, keep track of your favourite author and what they are reading and so much more.
Get Enough Sleep! This may sound like a weird goal to put up on a creative writing blog, But sleep is essential for your physical and mental health. To create a sleep journal, monitor how much sleep you get a night, or create a dream journal. The more rest you get, the better you feel.
Be More Creative! to achieve this goal, try making either a sketchbook where you doodle once a day or fill a page every week. Create a sentence a week journal, or even try your hand at writing a novel. Use a journal as you see fit to create whatever you want in it.
