This week's journaling Friday, we dive deeper into the art of journaling with a different exercise than normal. Over the next five weeks, we will be providing five letter prompts for you to write. Each letter asks you to write a letter to someone. It's a great exercise to pour out your more profound thoughts. Remember, you don't have to do these ideas; these are just suggestions to get you thinking about what to write down or draw about.
