Welcome to Journaling Friday!!! We invite you to grab your favourite journal or buy a new journal, perhaps one from our favourites list on Indigo. So grab that cup of coffee, and let's begin this journey through journaling.


This week's journaling Friday, we dive deeper into the art of journaling with a different exercise than normal. Over the next three weeks, we will be providing five letter prompts for you to write. Each letter asks you to write a letter to someone. It's a great exercise to pour out your more profound thoughts. Remember, you don't have to do these ideas; these are just suggestions to get you thinking about what to write down or draw about.


The Fourth Set of Letters:

  1. A letter to someone you admire

  2. A letter to someone you don't know as well as you would like

  3. A letter to someone you hurt

  4. A letter to someone who has hurt you

  5. A letter to your mother
