Weekly Writing Prompts #5

This week's writing prompts hold a special place in my heart; fanfictions are what really kicked off my career as a writer in a way. I started writing on Wattpad, where I have spent countless hours writing or reading works on site. We all have a soft spot for our favourite fictional characters, so why not through them into some fun adventures. So this week, have fun throwing your favourite character into a new situation.

I tend to use Thorin Oakenshield. I threw him into our world and other adventures throughout the story; use this week to through your favourite fictional character or one of your original characters.

8 Character situations

1. Have your favourite character meet you saying they're your biggest fan.

2.Have your favourite character fall madly in love with someone.

3.Have your character try something new.

4.Through your character into a difficult situation and write about how they get out of it.

5.Have your character meet someone they have lost.

6.Through your character either into our world or into a different world from their own.

7.Have your character meet another one of your favourite characters. Write about the interaction.

8.Write about your character being forced to do something they hate.
